The World Photography Organisation (WPO) invites everyone worldwide to express your creativity on the theme 'Potential'. You can interpret this in whatever way you choose – be that the potential of people, of nature, of manmade objects. We believe that every child should get the chance to fulfil their potential, show us what potential means to you!
Each entrant can submit up to 5 images for free.
The competition will be judged by:

• Kate Edwards, Picture Editor, Guardian Newspaper
Save the Children is the world’s independent children’s charity. We’re outraged that millions of children are still denied proper healthcare, food, education and protection. We’re working flat out to get every child their rights and we’re determined to make further, faster changes. How many? How fast? It’s up to you.Eligibility
The Save the Children Photo Competition is open to all WPO members (free membership available).Prize
They will be exhibited alongside 4 runners up at World Photo London at Somerset House, April / May 2012.
Save the Children will display the winning image(s) on the home page of their website during World Photo London. The winner will also be offered a virtual master-class with the photo department of Save the Children.
