The 2016 edition of Proify, a major international photography competition focused on recognising the incredible talents of amateur and non-professional photographers across the globe, is now open for entries.

There are twelve categories you can enter:

• Landscape
• Street
• Portrait
• After dark
• Wedding
• Panoramic
• Retro
• HDR (high-dynamic-range imaging photography)
• Travel
• Macro
• Wildlife
• Drone

All work will be judged by an international panel comprised of high profile photographers. Your images has to be sized to exactly 1500px on the longest side at 72dpi. All entries must be converted to an sRGB color space and saved as a JPEG no larger than 3MB.

Each entrant retains all copyright in their entry.

Entry fee starts from 25 USD per entry (four or more 18 USD each).

Eligibility

Open to any natural person, regardless of their location or nationality, who earns less than 20,000 USD per year from their photographic endeavors. Minors may enter only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Prize

• First prize: 3,000 USD
• Second prize: 1,000 USD
• Third prize: 500 USD

There will be also 100 USD for the highest scoring entry in each category. Moreover, all winners and high scoring entrants are featured on the Proify website for a minimum of 12 months.
