We tend to gravitate towards order and symmetry. Abstract art reminds us to pair down our intentions into their purest form and to recognize abstractions all around us. These raw and amorphous forms allow the viewer to come up with countless interpretations.

Organized by Linus Galleries, this call for entries is looking for emotionally charged and unconventional art that speaks to all of us.

All art mediums will be considered, from photography, wall sculpture, fabric, mixed media, all paintings and drawings including, oil, acrylic, pastels, ink, graphite, etc. Sizes up to 12 feet are acceptable.

All entries must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe the rights of any other party. Artist maintains copyright.

Entry fee: $35 for 3 entries, $5 for additional entries.

Call for entries open to all professional and amateur artists from all over the world.

Prize

Accepted entries will be exhibited online and then judged again for a collective live exhibition at a Los Angeles gallery (work must be able to be hung on a wall to be considered for the live exhibition).
